DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY
Upon confirmation of group Reservation at Thalassa Travel &Tourism , the following payment policy will apply:
30% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation .
70% final payment one month prior to the arrival of the group .
Any balance and extras incurred during the stay in the hotel must be settled prior to departure of the delegates and Organizer
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW CONDITIONS
Upon receipt by Thalassa Travel & Tourism of the Client’s written confirmation, the following policy will apply in the case of total cancellation:
Less than 90 days prior to arrival 50% of the total cost of the package.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival 80% of the total cost of the package.
Between the arrival date and 2 weeks before arrival, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
Upon arrival of the group any room that was reserved and not occupied as originally booked, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
